I have placed many orders with Blakely, each time I have not been let down with the quick delivery and fantastic clothing they produce! I have contacted customer services twice with a general enquiry both being responded to efficiently and with a great manner ! I can’t recommend them enough if you are after good quality products and a company who are there to help!

Blakely is awesome. Bought some hoodies and sweats that look sweet.

I have been following them for years as I am a Norfolk gal myself. They have always been great, but they have grown into an amazing brand. Everything I have ordered has fit lovely and arrived quickly. The staff are really nice too!!

I ordered myself the Brevik-Green Men's coat which arrived 2 days after ordering, on trying it on, found it was to small ( my fault ) this was sent back at cost of postage, which I didn't mind because I didn't pay for delivery. I enquired about my return 3 days after they received it, just to ask where they are up to, because I asked for the next size up in return, there response was quick and positive. ( Thank you Laura )

I ordered clothing from blakely after seeing an
add on Facebook and liked the style. The first items I received were so good. So I ordered more the second order ordered at 4.30pm and was delivered at 10 am next morning. Now on my third order again ordered at 4.30 pm and will receive next day.. good quality cloths and fast delivery good advert to BUY BRITISH ????????delivery charge in England is less than 2 quid for next day.... what amazing service and quality... big up the small company

I ordered twice by Blakely. Last December I ordered two jumpers which one of them bleaded color after the first washing. When I contacted them they could not help me. So I order the same jumper again in the hope it was a one-time failure. But this order was after the Brexit, that made it even worse. One day after I placed the order I received a message from DHL Express that there are besides the 12-pound delivery cost an additional 33-pound duty and tax payments required to receive my order. These costs are not showed on the website. This was definitely the last time I order something from Blakely.

Both me and my fiance love this brand ! So happy they have started doing more womenswear.

Every other clothing website has Brexit information and details of potential fees on their sites; competitors such as River Island are even taking on the fees themselves.
I ordered 2 coats and a t-shirt to be shipped to Ireland. Although Blakely do not charge VAT (this is added at customs) there is still an import fee from DHL. Overall I owed about 50 euro.
Customer service simply told me it is in their terms; well I have yet to find this information after ploughing through their entire website. I understand Brexit is a shambles but you had 2 years to prepare for all outcomes of a trade deal.
So I paid the fee because I didn't want to risk it being charged twice if sent back, and DHL were ringing me a lot.
Quality wise; The Orealis jacket is a good fit and comfy. The zip paint work had chipped a little already but it is fine. The Niagara reversible jacket was extremely disappointing; looks like a bin bag compared to the airbrushed photo on their site and feels like it is two sizes bigger than a small. Returning this will likely be a hassle now too. The Astral t-shirt is nice although I am surprised that I may even need an extra-small next time (I am 5ft 10inch and slim build)
Overall: first time shopping with Blakely and probably the last. For the prices you pay I would rather go with companies that have clearer information on their page and more helpful customer service.

I highly recommend Blakey Clothing. I had great customer service from Laura very happy with the result. Very quick to reply and helped me out with an issue that was caused by Royal Mail. What a fabulous company! Ordered a jacket for the hubby, when it arrived I’d ordered the wrong one. Sent it back for an exchange and was credited the difference. Nikki was truly amazing and her customer service was outstanding!
Highly recommend this company. Excellent customer service and great products!
